Unfortunately there isn’t an automated way to update directly from PokaTheme 3 to PokaTheme 4.

PokaTheme 4 was made from scratch and it has a lot of differences compared to PokaTheme 3. If you just update the theme then you will see that a lot of information will be “lost”, because the way PokaTheme 3 is saving content is different compared to PokaTheme 4 (custom fields instead of Gutenberg blocks).

PokaTheme 4 is mostly for new websites. However if you want for sure you could do it, but it’s best to first create a “staging” site in a sub-domain (e.g. new.example.com), setup everything there and then “deploy” to your live site.
