    Hello,

    I noticed that when using the shortcode [news_boxes cat=””], the featured images are not resized.

    Meaning that the full size image (from the post) is pulled. This issue is impacting our page speed heavily.

    I also noticed that the issue is not appearing with the shortcode [latest_news num=”” cat=””].

    How can we fix this?

    Hi demoac!

    You are right that this can be improved in terms of speed with a smaller thumbnail size.
    Today we are going to release a new Poka v2 version with a few improvements/fixes and this is going to be one of them!

    Hi!

    Currently there isn’t an automated way to update the theme.
    You have to upload the new version of Poka v2 to your server and override the old version.

    Hi,

    When I try to upload the new version I get the following error message:

    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the theme…

    Destination folder already exists. /home/topcasinopicks/public_html/wp-content/themes/poka_v2/

    Theme installation failed.

    What solution do you advise?

    Hi!

    I suggest overwriting the files of the theme by FTP so you have to deactivate the theme.

    Right now, if I upload the new theme by FTP, it erases some customizations (color, etc).

    Hi demoac,

    After you upload the new version of the theme go to Visual Settings and click “Update” in order for your custom visual settings to be regenerated.
