    Tried twice – everytime after activation site goes in totally unworking mode and shows error – There has been a critical error on this website.
    Login to WordPress panel or anything else doesn’t work – only total deletion helps.
    What should I do?

    Hello Kirill!

    Have you followed the instructions of our Documentation here?

    PokaTheme Documentation

    Normally you should just upload the pokatheme.zip file which is inside your main zip via the the WordPress Admin Panel.

    Could you try again? Or if you have already tried multiple times and you can’t figure it out send us an email at support@pokatheme.com because we will need to troubleshoot what’s wrong with your site.

    Of course I tried many times – same result. Emailed you to support@ – nobody replied.

    Hi Kirill,

    We replied and hopefully the issue is gone now, thanks for your patience.

    For anyone that may face this issue, it is related to an outdated PHP version. We suggest updating to PHP 7.4 for PokaTheme4 to run properly.
