Hi, has anyone used this htaccess rules – https://pokatheme.com/topic/pokatheme-speed-optimize/

Is there any difference? Is it easy to do? Are there any issues with doing it?

    Thanks

    Hi!

These htacess rules are tested in many sites and working fine but there is a chance in some misconfigured servers to have issues.
You can test our demo that have these rules and is getting 83/100 and 96/100 WITHOUT any caching plugin installed or any other further optimization.

Connect with FTP to your server and edit your .htaccess file.

Then at the end of the file just paste the rules from the .htaccess we provide.

There is a chance if your server is not Apache the htaccess rules not to work but not to make the speed rating worse.
Something else is affecting the rating. Can you send me screenshots from Pagespeed before the htaccess rules and after?
So I can check the warnings in PageSpeed before and after.
