Hello,
Thank you for reaching out! To clarify how this feature works: the option under Customization → Visual Settings → Review sets the global default style for all your reviews.
However, settings within the individual Review Edit page take precedence over the Customizer. If you have selected a specific style (e.g., “Style 2” or “Style 3”) instead of “Default” in the “Review Template Style” dropdown inside a specific review’s settings, the Customizer changes will not reflect on that page.
To fix this, please follow these steps:
- Go to the specific Review post that seems “stuck.”
- Scroll down to the Review Settings.
- Ensure that the Review Template Style is set to “Default”.
- Once set to Default, the review will correctly follow whichever style you select in the Customizer.
Let us know if you have any other questions!
Best regards,
