I am writing to seek clarification on the indexing status of our website’s Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) within Google Search results.

While exploring the FAQ section in Google Search Console, I noticed that our FAQs do not currently appear as rich results.

To further investigate, I utilized the Google Rich Results Test at https://search.google.com/test/rich-results ( https://lilibetnorge.com) and the results confirmed that the FAQs are not being indexed as intended.

It is important to note that we previously encountered an issue with the automatic generation of FAQ URLs within the Poka theme. To circumvent this challenge, we opted to manually save the FAQs as drafts and inject the necessary code ourselves.

While this work-around addressed the URL generation issue, I am concerned that it might be negatively impacting the indexing and visibility of our FAQs in Google Search.

Therefore, I would greatly appreciate any insights you can offer on the following questions:

1- Do you believe our manual approach to saving and implementing the FAQs could be hindering their indexing?

2- Would publishing the FAQs directly (allowing automatic URL generation) potentially resolve the indexing issue?

3- Are there any additional steps or recommendations you might suggest to ensure our FAQs are appropriately indexed and displayed as rich results within Google Search?
