    Hi,

    As per the picture is it possible to add a menu to the right hand side of a full width page section?

    Hi!

    You can add a menu to the sidebar as a widget using the official menu widget when you have a two columns layout.
    Otherwise in a full width section you can create columns with the available shortcodes and then maybe using a plugin like this : https://wordpress.org/plugins/menu-shortcode/
    In order to add a menu via a shortcode in the side column.
